Mushroom and Balsamic Deli Melt


Chao Creamy Original Sauce 1/4 cup
White Balsamic Vinaigrette, prepared 2 Tbsp.
Sub Roll, split lengthwise, toasted 1 each
Field Roast™ Mushroom & Balsamic Deli Slices 6 each
Green and Red Bell Peppers, julienne, grilled 1/2 cup
Onion, sliced, grilled 1/2 cup


  1. Place Creamy Original Sauce bag into boiling water; warm for 25-30 minutes. Remove from bag, whisk together and add seasonings; set aside and keep warm.
  2. Apply vinaigrette to the inside of both pieces of the roll.
  3. Quickly sear the Mushroom & Balsamic Deli Slices in a hot pan; place in the roll.
  4. Top with peppers, onions and Creamy Original Sauce.
