Sausage & Hash Breakfast Sandwich

Oil 1-¼ Tbsp.
Field Roast Classic Recipe Breakfast Sausage Patties 4 each
Chao Creamy Original Slices 4 each
Hash Brown Patties 4 each
Avocado 1 each
English Muffins 4 each
Spinach Leaves 4 oz.
Salt and pepper To taste

Method:

  1. In a pan over medium heat, add 4 teaspoons oil and Classic Recipe Breakfast Sausage Patties; cook for 2-3 minutes, turning regularly, until heated to an internal temperature of 165ºF. Add Chao Cheese to the top of the Sausage Patties and allow to soften for roughly 3 minutes.
  2. In another pan over medium-high heat, add oil and allow to warm. Add thawed hash browns and cook until crispy and golden brown before flipping, roughly 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Slice avocado and toast English muffins.
  4. Add the hash brown, Sausage Patty, Chao Cheese, avocado, spinach, salt and pepper to the English muffin heel; top with the crown and serve.
