Honeycrisp Apples, wedges 3 cups
Coconut or Vegetable Oil 2 Tbsp.
Cinnamon 1 tsp.
Field Roast™ Apple & Maple Breakfast Sausage Links 12 each
Belgium Waffles, toasted 4 each
Pecans, toasted, chopped 1 cup
Maple Syrup or Marmalade 1 cup


  1. Toss apples with oil and cinnamon; caramelize apples in a large saucepan or roast in the oven on a sheet pan.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and Apple & Maple Breakfast Sausages; cook for 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown and heated throughout.
  3. Serve hot waffles topped with Apple & Maple Breakfast Sausages, caramelized apples, pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup or marmalade.
