Ingredients:

Ciabatta Bun, square, split 1 each
Marinara Sauce 1 cup
Breaded Eggplant, prepared 6 slices
Field Roast™ Pizza Shreds ½ cup
Fresh Basil, chiffonade 1 Tbsp.

Method:

  1. On heel of ciabatta bun, layer marinara, eggplant slices, Pizza Shreds and basil; top with ciabatta bun crown.
  2. Warm sandwich in an oven until the Pizza Shreds are melted, bread is toasted and sandwich is heated throughout; serve.
