Pizza Dough 17 oz.
Pizza Sauce 1 cup
Field Roast™ Pizza Shreds 1-½ cup
Field Roast™ Classic Pizzeria Pepperoni Slices 48 each

Method:

  1. Stretch dough to an 18” round.
  2. Ladle sauce onto dough and spread until evenly coated, leaving a ½” border exposed.
  3. Spread Pizza Shreds evenly over top sauce.
  4. Evenly distribute Classic Pizzeria Pepperoni Slices in a single layer over top Pizza Shreds.
  5. Bake at 500ºF, in a pizza oven or on a pizza stone until dough is golden brown, Classic Pizzeria Pepperoni Slices are browned and Pizza Shreds are melted and bubbly; slice and serve.
