Spicy Pimento Cheeseburger


Field Roast Chef’s Signature Burger 4 each
Pimento Cheese (recipe below) 2-½ cups
Ciabatta Bread Buns 4 each
Vegan Garlic Mayo ½ cup
Sweet Onion, medium, sliced 1 each
Tomatoes, medium, sliced 2 each
Vegan Butter 3 Tbsp.
Sweet Cherry Peppers, sliced ½ cup

Pimento Cheese

Vegan Mayo 1-½ cups
Roasted Red Peppers, ¼” dice 4 oz.
Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp.
Onion Powder 1 tsp.
Cayenne Pepper ¼ tsp.
Black Pepper ¼ tsp.
Chao Tomato Cayenne Slices, shredded


  1. Prepare Pimento Cheese ingredients; mix well in a stand mixer, cover and set in refrigerator until ready to plate.
  2. Butter and grill Ciabatta bread until golden brown grill marks appear; set aside. Grill Chef’s Signature Burger patties over medium-high heat and cook for 2-3 minutes per side; remove from heat.
  3. Dress both sides of the grilled Ciabatta with garlic mayo. Add tomato, peppers and onion to the heel and top with a grilled Burger patty. Spread a dollop of Pimento Cheese on the Burger patty; top with the crown and serve.
