|Jumbo Hot Dog Buns, split, toasted||1 each|
|Banana Peppers, sliced||5 each|
|Bread & Butter Pickle Slices, drained||5 each|
|Vegan Mayo||1 tsp.|
|BBQ Potato Chips, crumbled||1/3 cup|
- Bring a nonstick pan to medium heat with a small amount of vegetable oil and cook the Jumbo Stadium Hot Dog for 11-12 minutes, turning frequently to brown evenly.
- Meanwhile, in a pan over medium heat, add caramelized onions and root beer; reduce until dry.
- Fill bun with the Jumbo Stadium Hot Dog and top with peppers, root beer onions, pickles, mayo and crumbled chips; serve.
