Fried Chick’n Caesar Salad

Ingredients

Lightlife® Plant-Based Chick’n Nuggets 10 each
Romaine lettuce, chopped 1 head
Cherry tomatoes, halved 12 each
Caesar dressing, prepared 4 oz.
Parmesan Reggiano, flaked ⅓ cup
Black pepper, freshly cracked As needed

Method

  1. In a deep fryer set to 375°F, fry Plant-Based Chick’n Nuggets for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature has reached 165°F. Remove from fryer; slice nuggets into 3-4 pieces each and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, toss lettuce, tomatoes and dressing until thoroughly combined.
  3. Serve salads on chilled plates. Top with sliced nuggets and garnish with flaked parmesan and pepper.
