|Lightlife® Plant-Based Chick’n Nuggets||10 each|
|Romaine lettuce, chopped||1 head|
|Cherry tomatoes, halved||12 each|
|Caesar dressing, prepared||4 oz.|
|Parmesan Reggiano, flaked||⅓ cup|
|Black pepper, freshly cracked||As needed|
- In a deep fryer set to 375°F, fry Plant-Based Chick’n Nuggets for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature has reached 165°F. Remove from fryer; slice nuggets into 3-4 pieces each and set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss lettuce, tomatoes and dressing until thoroughly combined.
- Serve salads on chilled plates. Top with sliced nuggets and garnish with flaked parmesan and pepper.
