Fried Chick’n Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce, chopped | 1 head |
Cherry tomatoes, halved | 12 each |
Caesar dressing, prepared | 4 oz. |
Parmesan Reggiano, flaked | ⅓ cup |
Black pepper, freshly cracked | As needed |
Method
- In a deep fryer set to 375°F, fry Plant-Based Chick’n Nuggets for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature has reached 165°F. Remove from fryer; slice nuggets into 3-4 pieces each and set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss lettuce, tomatoes and dressing until thoroughly combined.
- Serve salads on chilled plates. Top with sliced nuggets and garnish with flaked parmesan and pepper.
