English muffin, toasted 1 each
Chao™ Creamy Original Slices 1 each
Lightlife® Smoky Tempeh; cut in ½ 2 slices


  1. In a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat, cook Smoky Tempeh in oil for 2-3 minutes per side, turning carefully, or until evenly browned and crispy around the edges; remove.
  2. In a pan over medium-low heat, fry Just Eggs in the plant-based butter until cooked.
  3. To assemble the sandwich, lay fried Just Eggs on the bottom muffin, top with Creamy Original Slices and Smoky Tempeh, and close with the top muffin.
