White corn tortillas, toasted 3 each
Radishes, washed and julienne ¼ cup
Red Cabbage, washed and finely shaved ¼ cup
Cilantro, washed and chopped 2 Tbsp.
Plant-based chipotle aioli, prepared ¼ cup
Tortilla strips, prepared ¼ cup
Lime, sliced into wedges 1-2 each


  1. Set deep fryer to 350ºF (177ºC). Cook Chick’n Tenders from frozen for 4 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature has reached 165ºF (74ºC).
  2. To assemble tacos, top each toasted tortilla with equal amounts of radishes, cabbage, cilantro, fried Chick’n Tenders, plant-based chipotle aioli and tortilla strips.
  3. Garnish with lime wedges and serve immediately.
