Lightlife® Plant-Based Chick’n Tender 1 each
Baby gem lettuce, washed & chopped 2 cups
Watermelon radish, washed, thinly sliced ¼ cup
Radish sprouts 2 Tbsp.
Mandarin orange, peeled & cut into Supremes ¼ cup
Avocado, peeled & diced ¼ cup
Pistachios, toasted 1 Tbsp.
Green goddess dressing, prepared 2 Tbsp.


  1. Set deep fryer to 350ºF (177ºC). Cook Chick’n Tender from frozen for 4 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature has reached 165ºF (74ºC).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the Chick’n Tenders. Toss to evenly combine and top with sliced Chick’n Tender.
  3. Serve immediately.
