Measure:
Field Roast™ Caramelized Onions & Beer Bratwurst 1 each
Beer, warm ¼ cup
Pretzel Bun, split, toasted 1 each
Onion, sliced, grilled ¼ cup
Dijon Mustard 2 oz.

Method:

  1. Grill the Caramelized Onions & Beer Bratwurst over a medium flame for 6-7 minutes or until evenly browned with light grill marks.
  2. When ready to serve, heat the Caramelized Onions & Beer Bratwurst in beer.
  3. Serve on a pretzel bun with grilled onions and a side of Dijon mustard.
