Field Roast™ Spicy Mexican Chipotle Sausage Link, sliced 1 each
Onion, sliced 1/4 cup
Carrots, sliced 1/4 cup
Red Peppers, sliced 1/4 cup
Garlic, minced 1 tsp.
Snow Peas 1/4 cup
Pineapple, chunked 1/4 cup
Sweet Chili Sauce, prepared 1/4 cup
Green Onion, sliced 2 Tbsp.
Peanuts, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Jasmine Rice, prepared 1 cup

Method:

  1. In a pan over medium heat, add 1 teaspoon oil and Spicy Mexican Chipotle Sausage Link; cook for 4-5 minutes, turning regularly. Remove from heat, slice and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion, carrots and red peppers until tender.
  3. Add garlic, snow peas and fresh pineapple; sauté another minute.
  4. Add the Spicy Mexican Chipotle Sausage Link slices and sweet chili sauce.
  5. Serve over rice; garnish with green onion and peanuts.
