- Season Plant-Based Burger patties with oil, salt and pepper.
- On a grill or in a skillet over medium-high heat, cook patties for 3 minutes per side or until the internal temperature has reached 165°F.
- Lightly toast buns; slather the heel with mustard and the crown with mayonnaise.
- Build each burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, Plant-Based Burger patty and Chao slice.
