Puff Pastry, raw, cut into 3x3 squares 30 pieces
Field Roast™ Classic Pizzeria Pepperoni Slices 75 each
Wild Mushroom, sliced, sautéed 2 cups
Onion, sliced, sautéed 2 cups
Garlic-Herb Oil ¼ cup
Cranberry Sauce, 2-oz. portions 3-¾ cups

Method:

  1. For each hand pie, lay pastry square on floured surface.
  2. Stack 5 Classic Pizzeria Pepperoni Slices, 2 tablespoons of mushrooms and 2 tablespoons of onions; cover with another pastry square and pinch edges to completely seal.
  3. Bake hand pies at 325ºF for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Finish by brushing baked pastry with a garlic-herb oil.
