Cavatappi Mac n’ Chao

Ingredients:

Measure:
Broccolini 7 each
Field Roast™ Classic Pizzeria Pepperoni Slices, halved ½ cup
Cavatappi Pasta, prepared al dente ¾ cup
Chao Creamy Original Sauce ¼ cup
Salt ¼ tsp.
Black Pepper Pinch

Method:

  1. Place Creamy Original Sauce bag into boiling water; warm for 25-30 minutes. Remove from bag and whisk together; set aside.
  2. In an oiled skillet over medium heat, sauté broccolini for 4-5 minutes. Add Classic Pizzeria Pepperoni Slices and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring often; remove from stove.
  3. Combine sautéed broccolini and pepperoni, pasta, warmed Creamy Original Sauce, salt and pepper; serve.
