Mushroom and Balsamic Deli Melt

White Balsamic Vinaigrette, prepared | 2 Tbsp. |
Sub Roll, split lengthwise, toasted | 1 each |
Field Roast™ Mushroom & Balsamic Deli Slices | 6 each |
Green and Red Bell Peppers, julienne, grilled | 1/2 cup |
Onion, sliced, grilled | 1/2 cup |
Method:
- Place Creamy Original Sauce bag into boiling water; warm for 25-30 minutes. Remove from bag, whisk together and add seasonings; set aside and keep warm.
- Apply vinaigrette to the inside of both pieces of the roll.
- Quickly sear the Mushroom & Balsamic Deli Slices in a hot pan; place in the roll.
- Top with peppers, onions and Creamy Original Sauce.
