Vegan Herb Aioli, prepared 1/2 cup
Cauliflower Crust, 12”, prepared 1 each
Field Roast™ Smoked Tomato Deli Slices 6 each
Heirloom Tomato 10-12 slices
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tbsp.
Basil, fresh 2 Tbsp.
Chives, fresh, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Thyme, fresh, chopped 1 tsp.
Salt To taste
Black Pepper, freshly cracked To taste

Method:

  1. Spread aioli over the crust; lay Smoked Tomato Deli Slices on top.
  2. Place an even layer of tomato slices across surface; drizzle olive oil on top.
  3. Top with basil leaves, chives, thyme, salt and pepper; serve.
