Crunchy Green Goddess Jumbo Dog

Garlic, minced | 1 clove |
Cilantro, fresh, chopped | 1 Tbsp. |
Jalapeño, fresh, diced | ½ each |
Avocado, sliced | ½ each |

Pepper | To taste |
Lime Juice, fresh | ½ each |
Olive Oil | 2 Tbsp. |
Green Onion, chopped | 1 stalk |
Green Cabbage, shaved | 1 cup |
Cucumber, diced | 1/3 cup |
Ramen Noodles, uncooked | ¼ cup |
Jumbo Hot Dog Bun, split, toasted | 1 each |
Method:
- Bring a nonstick pan to medium heat with a small amount of vegetable oil and cook the Jumbo Stadium Hot Dog for 11-12 minutes, turning frequently to brown evenly.
- Meanwhile, blend cilantro, garlic and jalapeño in a food processor. Add avocado, lime juice, salt, pepper and olive oil; blend until smooth. Toss with green onion, cabbage and cucumber.
- Fill bun with Jumbo Stadium Hot Dog and top with Green Goddess mixture; serve.
