Green Enchilada Sauce 1 cup
Green Onions, chopped ¼ cup
Field Roast™ Spicy Mexican Chipotle Sausage Crumble 12 oz.
Roasted Corn, off the cob 2 cups
Cilantro, fresh, whole leaves ¼ cup
Avocado 12 slices
Red Habanero Pepper 24 slices
Plant-Based Creamy Garlic Dressing, prepared ¾ cup


  1. Top crust evenly with enchilada sauce.
  2. Distribute green onion, Spicy Mexican Chipotle Sausage Crumble and corn evenly over top the enchilada sauce.
  3. Bake until crust is toasty and ingredients are heated throughout.
  4. Garnish with avocado, cilantro and habaneros.
  5. Drizzle with garlic dressing; slice and serve.
