Lightlife® Plant-Based Chick’n Tenders 3 each
White corn tortillas, toasted 3 each
Radishes, washed and julienne ¼ cup
Red Cabbage, washed and finely shaved ¼ cup
Cilantro, washed and chopped 2 Tbsp.
Plant-based chipotle aioli, prepared ¼ cup
Tortilla strips, prepared ¼ cup
Lime, sliced into wedges 1-2 each

Method:

  1. Set deep fryer to 350ºF. Cook Chick’n Tenders from frozen for 4 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature has reached 165ºF.
  2. To assemble tacos, top each toasted tortilla with equal amounts of radishes, cabbage, cilantro, fried Chick’n Tenders, plant-based chipotle aioli and tortilla strips.
  3. Garnish with lime wedges and serve immediately.
