Lightlife® Plant-Based Chick’n Fillet 1 each
Tikka Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Plant-Based Yogurt ¼ cup
Cilantro, fresh, chopped 1 tsp.
Garlic, minced 1 clove
Red Onion, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Cucumber, small dice ¼ cup
Lime Juice, fresh 1 tsp.
Gyro Wrap 1 each
Tomato 2 slices


  1. Set deep fryer to 350ºF. From frozen, cook Plant-Based Chick’n Fillet for 6 minutes or until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165°F. Coat with tikka sauce; set aside.
  2. Combine yogurt, cilantro, garlic, onion, cucumbers and lime juice.
  3. Place coated Plant-Based Chick’n Fillet, yogurt-cucumber mixture and tomato on gyro; roll and serve.
