German Frank with Shaved Brussels & Kraut


Field Roast™ Classic Smoked Frankfurter 1 each
Sauerkraut, caramelized, drained ¼ cup
Brussels Sprouts, sliced, fried until crispy ¼ cup
Spicy Brown Mustard 2 Tbsp.
Caraway Seed, toasted ¼ tsp.
Hot Dog Bun, split, toasted 1 each


  1. In a pan over medium heat, add oil and Classic Smoked Frankfurter. Cook for 3-4 minutes, turning regularly, until heated throughout.
  2. Place Classic Smoked Frankfurter in a toasted bun and top with caramelized sauerkraut, crispy Brussels sprouts, mustard and a sprinkle of toasted carraway seeds; serve.
