German Frank with Shaved Brussels & Kraut

|Field Roast™ Classic Smoked Frankfurter||1 each|
|Sauerkraut, caramelized, drained||¼ cup|
|Brussels Sprouts, sliced, fried until crispy||¼ cup|
|Spicy Brown Mustard||2 Tbsp.|
|Caraway Seed, toasted||¼ tsp.|
|Hot Dog Bun, split, toasted||1 each|
- In a pan over medium heat, add oil and Classic Smoked Frankfurter. Cook for 3-4 minutes, turning regularly, until heated throughout.
- Place Classic Smoked Frankfurter in a toasted bun and top with caramelized sauerkraut, crispy Brussels sprouts, mustard and a sprinkle of toasted carraway seeds; serve.
