Field Roast™ Signature Stadium Hot Dogs 12 each
Hot Dog Buns, split, toasted 12 each
Field Roast™ Spicy Mexican Chipotle Sausage Crumble 2 lb.
Chao Creamy Original Sauce 5 oz.
Green Onions, chopped 1 cup
Jalapeño Peppers, fresh 60 slices

Method:

  1. Place Creamy Original Sauce bag into boiling water; warm for 25-30 minutes. Remove from bag and whisk together, add seasonings; keep warm and set aside.
  2. Bring a nonstick pan to medium heat with a small amount of vegetable oil and cook the Signature Stadium Hot Dogs for 4-5 minutes, turning frequently to brown evenly.
  3. Meanwhile, in an oiled pan over medium heat, cook Spicy Mexican Chipotle Sausage Crumble until heated throughout.
  4. Fill buns with Signature Stadium Hot Dogs and top with Spicy Mexican Chipotle Sausage Crumble, Creamy Original Sauce, green onion and jalapeño; serve.
