Field Roast™ Classic Recipe Breakfast Sausage Patties 1 each
Vegan “Egg” Patty 1 each
Vegan Sundried Tomato Aioli 2 Tbsp.
Croissant, split, toasted 1 each
Tomato Slices, grilled 2 each
Basil, fresh 2 leaves

Method:

  1. In a pan over medium heat, add 4 teaspoons of oil and Classic Recipe Breakfast Sausage Patties. Cook for 2-3 minutes, turning regularly; keep warm.
  2. Bake the vegan “egg” patties at 350ºF to a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF.
  3. Spread the aioli on the croissant heel and crown.
  4. On the bottom half of the croissant, add the vegan “egg” patty, tomato, Breakfast Sausage Patty and basil. Top with other half of croissant; serve.
