Tangy Cucumber & Kimchi Burger

Ingredients:

Measure:
Persian Cucumbers, 1/4” sliced 3 each
Rice Wine Vinegar ¼ cup
Sesame Oil ½ tsp.
Soy Sauce ½ Tbsp.
Red Pepper Flakes ½ tsp.
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Chili Garlic Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Field Roast Chef’s Signature Burger 4 each
Whole Wheat Burger Buns 4 each
Scallions, sliced 2” in length 1 bunch
Kimchi 1 cup

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine cucumbers, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper; set aside.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce; set aside.
  3. Grill Chef’s Signature Burger patties over medium-high heat and cook for 2-3 minutes per side; remove from heat.
  4. On the bottom bun, add 6 slices of scallions, the Chef’s Signature Burger patty, 2 tablespoons of spicy mayo, ¼ cup of cucumber salad, ¼ cup of kimchi; top with other bun and serve.
