How to Cook

To ensure food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C)

Set deep fryer to 350ºF (177ºC). Cook filets for 6 minutes, tenders for 4 minutes and bites for 2 minutes, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165ºF (74°C). Deep frying is the preferred cooking method for all Chick’n forms.

Add a shallow amount of oil to a pan over medium heat. Cook filets for 10 minutes, tenders for 6 minutes and bites for 3 minutes, turning halfway through, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165ºF (74°C)

Set oven to 400ºF (204°C). Cook filets for 16 minutes, tenders for 10 minutes and bites for 7 minutes, turning halfway through, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165ºF (74°C).
